JiBe is a cloud based fully integrated ERP system for the shipping industry. Our goal is to allow shipping companies to improve productivity, efficiency and safety levels, while reducing costs. JiBe ERP enables increased automation and streamlining of processes, creating pre-defined workflows and reducing the usage of email and paper.

JiBe is looking for a top-notch Product Manager to join our team. You will have an opportunity to directly impact our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for JiBe ERP products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.

• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams.

• Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, and other relevant artifacts.

• Collaborate closely with software engineering, product marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products, balancing resources to ensure organizational success.

• Become an expert in your designated modules and serve as a knowledge source, including best practices and regulatory requirements.

• Establish a shared vision by building alignment on priorities leading to product execution.

• Leverage user research, usability studies, market research, experiments, and data analysis, translating them into requirements that solve real problems for a large set of users.

• Ensure product decisions are based on strong logical rigor and in-depth analysis, valuing data over opinions.

• Develop a deep understanding of our users: their problems and their needs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product-related roles, building customer-facing B2B SaaS products, with a focus on data-intensive systems (ERP, C4I, or similar).

• Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development life cycle.

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specification documents and flowcharts.

• Excellent communication and public speaking skills; ability to present complex ideas to internal & external stakeholders and to influence and inspire people.

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field (required).
