JiBe is a cloud based fully integrated ERP system for the shipping industry. Our goal is to allow shipping companies to improve productivity, efficiency and safety levels, while reducing costs. JiBe ERP enables increased automation and streamlining of processes, creating pre-defined workflows and reducing the usage of email and paper.

Job Responsibilities

• Establishing and championing JiBes enterprise AI strategy, governance model, and priority use cases in the application of AI across all departments. Lead the AI Strategy and Execution Team of cross-functional engineers and leaders focused on AI at JiBe.

• Develop and execute an enterprise AI strategy aligned with JiBes business objectives.

• Oversee the establishment and execution of operational frameworks for AI initiatives across functions, ensuring seamless integration across business units.

• Research, expand knowledge and apply Generative AI to drive innovative solutions and optimize processes.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to champion AI initiatives, ensuring they are well-integrated with JiBes strategic vision.

• Implement systems to monitor the success of AI initiatives, providing regular updates to senior leadership.

• Partner with HR to enhance AI understanding across the organization through targeted training and change management programs.

Qualifications

• A person who encompasses technical skills alongside business and customer understanding, an open mind and creativity alongside the ability to conduct research and development.

• A minimum of 10 years of software development experience as a software engineer and an engineering manager.

• A minimum of 6 years developing with Node.js, C# or Java.

• A minimum of 2 years experience with large-scale and high-performance distributed systems.

• Indirectly managed at least 3 engineering teams (managed team managers) with a minimum of 20 group members for a minimal consecutive period of 4 years.

• Substantial experience and ability for prioritizing, planning, driving and managing execution plans.

• Broad understanding of emerging technologies in AI/ML.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to influence across teams and organizations.

• Strong teamwork skills and ability to communicate and persuade at all management levels and thrive in a cross-functional environment.

• ·Proactive, independent, mature, self-driven and works well with minimal supervision as part of a diverse team.
