JiBe is a cloud based fully integrated ERP system for the shipping industry. Our goal is to allow shipping companies to improve productivity, efficiency and safety levels, while reducing costs. JiBe ERP enables increased automation and streamlining of processes, creating pre-defined workflows and reducing the usage of email and paper.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, support & customer success team for the JiBe Accounting module of JiBe ERP with a strong focus on JiBe’s rapidly expanding Greek market. Ease the way for our clients to transition their existing workflows and procedures into a modern best-practice-based working environment using the JiBe Accounting & MGA modules.
- Implementation: Escort new JiBe clients throughout the implementation process of JiBe Accounting module & MGA and assume full responsibility for a successful implementation project.
- Form close relationships with clients’ key stakeholders to build lasting trust in the JiBe brand.
- Conduct detailed training session with client management team.
- Oversee the data building and configuration process of the new client JiBe Accounting & MGA modules.
- Support: Ensure client issues are addressed on time by the JiBe support team. Oversee and review the preparation of new help materials
- Customer Success: Maintain a relationship with the existing JiBe clients and make sure they are using the system to its full potential.
- Introduce new features to JiBe existing clients and help in the adoption process.
- Be the clients’ voice to JiBe Product and Engineering teams. Highlighting the clients’ pain points and providing insight on the value of planned features to assist the product team in chartering the JiBe product roadmap in years to come.
Qualifications and Skills
- Any Graduate / B.E. or equivalent with minimum 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Excellent English Writing skills with grip on nonverbal (mail) communication
- Excellent typing skills
- Problem solving skills; Ability to priorities tasks.
- Self-motivated, independent and meticulous with an eye for detail.
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of cloud services.
- Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution.
- Ability to work well as a team player.
