About JiBe:

JiBe is a cloud based fully integrated ERP system for the shipping industry. Our goal is to allow shipping companies to improve productivity, efficiency and safety levels, while reducing costs. JiBe ERP enables increased automation and streamlining of processes, creating pre-defined workflows and reducing the usage of email and paper.

Job Responsibilities

• Source, screen and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles
• Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
• Build a candidate database to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified candidates - ensuring candidate data is kept updated
• Keep up to date with new technological trends in order to form strategic conversations with stakeholders on future hiring needs
• Proven work experience in recruitment - ideally as a Technical Recruiter
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Google Hangouts)
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
• Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source quality candidates
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong tenacity and ability to build a solid network

Qualifications and Skills

• Any Graduate
• 3 to 5 years of experience in IT Recruitment
• Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Good knowledge of a candidate's selection methods
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Team player
