JiBe is a cloud-based fully integrated ERP system for the shipping industry. Our goal is to allow shipping companies to improve productivity, efficiency, and safety levels, while reducing costs. JiBe ERP enables increased automation and streamlining processes, creating pre-defined workflows, and reducing the usage of email and paper.

Job Responsibilities

• Skills in Windows platform & Network administration.
• Good knowledge and experience of Switches and routers
• Experience on windows servers
• Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking
• Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
• Good knowledge and experience of administrating Active Directory & Azure Active Directory.
• Creation of OU, DNS, Group Policy, user access management, etc.
• Good Networking knowledge (IP, Subnets, VPN).
• Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
• Administration of Email id on Office 365
• Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems.
• Experience and knowledge on maintaining Firewalls (Sophos / FortiGate)
• Other common computer hardware troubleshooting skills
• Good Experience in administrating Anti-virus servers like Sophos central, Symantec etc.
• Experience in Patch management using WSUS and other relevant tools
• Experience in managing of Backup tools for files and database servers
• Knowledge of VLAN, VPN, and Network Security.
• Working on ticketing tool and resolving tickets as per SLA
• IT Asset Procurement and Vendor Management.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate or equivalent with minimum 6+ years of relevant experience.
• MSCE and MCSA certification will be an added advantage
• Excellent English Writing skills with grip on nonverbal (mail) communication
• Problem solving skills; Ability to priorities tasks.
• Self-motivated, independent, and meticulous with an eye for detail.
• Shipping knowledge is preferred
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of networking and cloud services.
• Good memory of how software and operating systems work.
• Excellent listening and questioning skills
