Senior Support -Crew
About JiBe
JiBe is a cloud based fully integrated ERP system for the shipping industry. Our goal is to allow shipping companies to improve productivity, efficiency and safety levels, while reducing costs. JiBe ERP enables increased automation and streamlining of processes, creating pre-defined work flows and reducing the usage of email and paper.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide application support to end users of our Marine ERP product mainly on Crew Module and work on quick resolution of issues.
- Coordinating with Client vessels and fleet for crew module related issues.
- Troubleshoot application and software related issues and determine the root cause for such issues.
- Work on defined SLAs to ensure that our client receives the best of the services
- Ensure complete compliance of ticketing tool and report metrics daily
- Work with development teams throughout the software life cycle ensuring sustainable software releases
- Assist in internal user training related to Crew module.
- Testing, Issue reporting and following up with development team on internally reported issues.
- To create software related help materials documents, help videos,Walkme,FAQs, bug reproduction steps and other artifacts.
- Software training/briefing of shipboard personnel on use of JiBe onboard module.
- Shipping Knowledge in Crew department or crew accounts department will be added advantage.
Qualifications and Skills
- Any Graduate / B.E. or equivalent with minimum 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Excellent English Writing skills with grip on nonverbal (mail) communication
- Excellent typing skills
- Problem solving skills; Ability to priorities tasks.
- Self-motivated, independent and meticulous with an eye for details.
- Knowledge of Crew Accounts is preferred
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of cloud services.
- Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution.
- Ability to work well as a team player.
- Strong customer focus.
